No matching provisioning profile found: Your build settings specify a provisioning profile with the UUID
Ok some i am writing this piece more as a personal reference so i do not have to waste time in the future when struggling with setting up Ad Hoc and development profile via xcode and Appcelerator.
First things first let me reiterate this to myself as this was the issue that cause most confusing for me. When you want to package your application for a Ad hoc distribution via hockey app creating your IPA you need to first registered your IOS Distribution cert via your key chain this is very important before you do anything i ran into this issue after revoke and resetting a certificate after opening the xcode project from the build folder via Appcelerator. This is also relevant if you are setting your computer up for the first time.
Follow these steps go Apple Developer Centre and click this link.
Scroll down on this page and you will see Worldwide Developer Relations Certificate Authority double click this and make sure you have this installed in your keychain.
Next things is to make the connection with your computer so your computer needs a IOS Distribution associated to it this is especially important if your have just reformatted your computer or are setting up from scratch this is what stumped me for ages, follow these steps.
If you have key chain open for any reason close or force quit but make sure it is closed, now in apple member centre click this radio button and follow the steps opening keychain etc.
Now you need to open keychain certified authority and follow all the steps when done you should have your profile in your keychain.
Make sure you have the arrow. Ok now your are set you need to just go to your apple developer centre and follow below.
More to follow but the above should solve any issues with new setups.
